The biggest match of the group stage round will be on September 14 when the arch-rivals India and Pakistan will collide for the first time as the situation like war came to light between the two countries in the first year.
India vs Pakistan is expected to be filled with drama, intensity and strange conversation among the Pakistan Clash players, and no one can dismiss the possibility of Fiery on-field exchanges.
On Sunday, the aggression center is ready to take the stage on getting the hardcore-relatives, and the Pakistan captain has given his players an independent hand to do whatever to defeat India, but within the spirit of cricket.
“Rapid bowlers are naturally aggressive, and you can’t take it away from them-whoever drives them. Anyone who wants to show that the aggression on the field is free to do so, as long as it remains within the spirit of the game.
Tri-series was a build-up event-Salman Aga
Pakistan recently registered a surprising victory in Afghanistan and the United Arab Emirates in the T20i Tri-series. Talking about it, Aga said that he only wanted to play good cricket in the series, in which the final goal was acclimatizing for the terms of the United Arab Emirates for the Asia Cup 2025.
“Tri-series was a build-up event. If you live it, great. If not, it still did not change the fact that the real goal was to come here, to play good cricket, and win the Asia Cup.”
“As a team, we are playing good cricket, and we are really eager for this tournament. Everyone is very excited,” said Aga.
I don’t think it’s really a favorite – Salman Aga
The India National Cricket Team has won eight Asia Cup titles, including 7 in the ODI format and 1 in the T20I format. In Blue, men won the final version of the Asia Cup in 2023 by announcing Sri Lanka in the final.
In addition, India led Suryakumar Yadav is certainly the best T20i team in the world at the moment and will enter the Asia Cup as a hot favorite to capture its 9th title. However, Salman Aga is not ready to accept the fact that blue men are favorite. He said:
“I don’t think it’s really a favorite. In T20 cricket, anything can change within one or two hours. Any day, you just have to play good cricket.”
