Zimbabwe faced defeat of a series of 0-2 against Sri Lanka in Harare. Alexander Raza impressed with both bat and ball. The 39-year-old all-rounder started a series with 92 runs off 87 balls after claiming 1 for 48 in his 10 overs. He scored 59 runs in 55 delivery in the second game on Sunday.

Keshav Maharaj ICC reached the top position in the men’s ODI bowling rankings
South African spinner Keshav Maharaj claimed the top position in the ODI bowling rankings following a remarkable performance against England in Headingley. The left -handed spinner disrupted the opposition for 131 runs, taking 4 wickets for 22.
Maharaj (690 rating points) crossed Mahesh Thekshana of Sri Lanka, who fought in a recent series against Zimbabwe. He had earlier impressed with five wickets against Australia.
India’s wrist spinner Kuldeep Yadav is third. Jofra Archer rose six places to 19th, and Lungi cash took five spots to 23rd position. Asitha Fernando of Sri Lanka climbed 31st positions in six positions, while Dilshan Madushanka moved from 60th to 52nd position after hat -trick in Harare.

Shubman Gill ICC retains the top position in men’s ODI batting rankings
Sri Lankan opener Patam Nisanka missed the top 10 of the ICC ODI batting rankings. He finished 13th in seven places with 654 points after a score of 122 and 76 in the recent series.
Meanwhile, Alexander Raza’s team partner Ben Curan made the biggest jump in all ODI ranking categories. Curan jumped 90th in the world in the world after a consecutive half-century against Sri Lanka.
Raza finished 22nd, and Jenith Linaz took 13 spots to 29th position, while Brian Bennett took 11 positions to 80th position.
