Meanwhile, Indian cricket has got a positive start for the new season, every player has approved the pre-season fitness test at the BCCI Center of Excellence in Bangalore. In the weekend, all Indian players successfully passed several assessments.
The tests consisted of yo-yo drill and DXA scans, which provide a wide look at the body’s structure and strength levels. Those who passed all the tests were Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammad Sirj, Yashsvi Jaiswal, Washington Sundar and Shardul Thakur.
