Salman revealed that when the league started in 2008, he was approached to buy an IPL team, but decided not to proceed, saying that he had no regrets about rejecting the proposal.
Many Bollywood celebrities have invested in IPL, Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla’s co-owner Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Preity Zinta’s co-owner Punjab Kings (PBK). Salman Khan is currently focusing on his next project, Battle of Galwan, inspired by the 2020 Indo-China Galwan Valley Clash.

Salman revealed that he was offered an IPL franchise when the league started, but did not choose to take it. Celebrity said that he had no regrets about that decision.
