Chahal revealed that he shared a close bond with Rohit since 2011. They shared laughter, went to dinner outing, and spent time together during foreign tourism.
He said, “Then there is Rohit Bhai, who is like a medium brother, with whom you all have fun. Because I have played with Rohit Bhai since 2011. And we have a great bond. We used to go out for dinner. We had a group of 4-5 people who went out to eat on any tour.

Speaking about Virat Kohli, the leg-spinner felt that the former Indian captain was a calm and composed. The Indian cricketer said that Virat Kohli was someone who could talk openly without any hesitation, because he was always helpful and intelligent.

Chahal shared how a Christmas dinner photo was cropped to show that he and Mahavash were together, and it found fuel in dating rumors. The cricketer further said, “We had a Christmas dinner with five people, but this photo was cropped to look that both of us were on the date of dinner.”
He also recalled another moment when a video went viral, where Mahavash was leaving him at the airport. Chahal signed saying, “I was just fixing my hair, and people started saying all kinds of cheap things. It really hurts me.”
