Yash Dayal, a pacer of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), has been booked in the case of sexual harassment after serious allegations by a woman from Ghaziabad. The woman accused the 27 -year -old cricketer of emotional, mentally and physically exploiting her as a false promise of marriage.

On the basis of a complaint submitted by a woman from Ghaziabad, an FIR was registered at Indirapuram Police StationHe filed his complaint on June 21 through the online portal of the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, alleging emotional, physical and mental abuse under the false promise of marriage.
The woman alleged, “He repeatedly promised me to be with me and introduced me to his family, who introduced me to his family, who assured that I would become his daughter-in-law. I maintained a relationship with full honesty and dedication.”

The woman alleged that Dayal and her family repeatedly gave her false assurances. He further said that his participation with other women brought him to the brink, and he tried to take his life several times due to emotional pain. However, Dayal has not responded to the allegations.
He said, “I tried to end my life several times because I did not get out of mental pain, and that and his family kept giving me false assurances. Their relationship with other women caused me to cause deep mental trauma and broke me,” he said.
A week after registering the complaint, the woman told Dainik Bhaskar that Dayal was watching several women during the time she was in a relationship.
Woman urges fast legal action against Yash Dayal
The woman has called for immediate legal action against Yash Dayal. He filed a complaint through the online portal of the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, including evidence like photo and call records. He said that many women are victims of emotional manipulation in the form of relationships.,
After preliminary investigation, the police found the woman’s claims reliable and registered an FIR at Indirapuram Police Station. Officials confirmed that legal proceedings were going on, but Dayal has not been arrested yet. His arrest will depend on further confirmation and procedural stages.
The woman said that her purpose is not changed, but is justice and hopes that her tasks will encourage other women to face similar situations to come forward.
