Rishabh Pant fly with the bat
Pants played an attacker brand of cricket in India’s second innings and broke some terrible shots. The vice-captain of the Indian Test, especially, targeted the English pacer Josh tongue and hit it in the park.
He decided to continue his attack on Josh tongue during the 34th over, but he failed to do so and created a classic ‘Rishabh Pant’ moment.
On the fourth ball of the over, the tongue delivered a length to the pants just out of the off-stump, and India went for a wild smash across the line with the intention of hitting one six.
However, Rishabh Pant was unable to make a relationship with the ball; Instead, he lost the grip of his bat and sent him flying towards the square leg area.
Rishabh Pant smiled around the ground after Pant’s bizarre move, and the response of Pace Spearhead Jasprit Bumrah, which was rested for another test, had full gold for the incident.
