Hardik bowled only one against Sri Lanka. He left the ground holding his hamstring and did not return for the rest of the match. Throughout the tournament, he took four wickets in six matches at an average of 8.57 and scored 38 runs in 29 balls against Bangladesh, scoring an average 120 runs.
